These Terms of Service govern the use of CrossVocab ("Service"), a vocabulary learning application operated by David Schwab ("Operator").

2. Service Description

CrossVocab is a web-based vocabulary learning tool that transforms word lists into interactive crossword puzzles. The service includes:

Creation and management of vocabulary lists
AI-generated crossword puzzles
Spaced repetition learning system
Progress tracking and statistics

3. Account Registration

To use CrossVocab, you must register an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Beta Status

Note: CrossVocab is currently in public beta.

During the beta phase, the service is provided free of charge. Features may change, and the service may experience interruptions.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of the vocabulary lists and content you create. You grant us a license to store and process this content solely for providing the service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service for illegal purposes
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service
Interfere with the proper functioning of the service
Upload malicious content or code

7. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
